Our luxury guest suite ‘Oystercatcher’ has a river and sea view which you can enjoy from the comfort of bed, or sitting out on your own south-facing patio.
Enjoy a good night’s sleep in the super king size bed with its Hypnos mattress and White Company linen, and wake up to that view. On a sunny day open your bi-fold doors and feel the warmth flooding in.
The en suite bathroom has a deep bath with overhead shower, L’Occitane toiletries, and fluffy white towels. Ideal for a long soak at the end of a day exploring the Roseland Peninsula. *Please note we are doing a complete bathroom refurbishment in January 2024 to install a large walk-in shower - photos to come*.

Access: Hir Kemmyns is an upside-down house, so the guest suite is on the ground floor with doors leading directly onto the patio (1 step down). You have your own private entrance, so you can come and go as you wish.
Breakfast is taken upstairs in our first floor sea view dining room.
